Basic Superfood Smoothie Recipe

1 scoop Hemp protein powder or Hemp Seed (or Mesquite is better for a Cacao drink)
2 scoops Quinoa or Mixed sprout powder
1 scoop Maca
1 scoop Tocos (Rice Bran Soluables)
1 or more cups almond milk or raw milk or coconut water
1 cup Chia Gel
1 tsp raw vanilla powder
1 good pinch Himalayan pink salt or Celtic gray salt
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Butter or coconut oil or Cacao Butter
Stevia, Xyltitol, Palm sugar, coconut sugar, Agave nectar or raw honey to taste
Bee Pollen (Optional)

3 or 4 ice cubes

Blend and serve

Add a scoop of raw Cacao powder and 1 scoop Raw Carob (Optional) for a chocolate shake!

For “Bad Bruise” (purple-blue) smoothie add 1 tablespoon Freeze dried Acai powder, 1 Tbsp Blue Bliss extract from AFA and frozen blue berries or blackberries (Optional)

Substitute 1 Tbsn Red Beet Crystals for red Drink!

Substitute 2 Scoops Goji Powder for orange drink.

A scoop of Lucuma powder makes a yummy addition to any of the above variations.

 

Maca –Kefir- Berry Surprise

Here's a great smoothie recipe that has a lot of benefits. I call it Maca -Kefir Berry Surprise

1 Tbsn Golden flax seed, freshly ground
1 Cup Organic Kefir (Dairy or Coconut water)
1 Tbsn Maca powder
1 oz Clear Agave Nectar
¼ Tsp real maple syrup
3/8 tsp organic cinnamon (adjust for taste)
½ Cup frozen organic blueberries, and ½ Cup frozen organic raspberries or powdered blue berries or rasberries.

Add a few ice cubes

Grind up flax seed then mix the next 5 ingredients till smooth. Add frozen fruit. Blend till smooth. You may need to stir down to mix thoroughly
