Goji Lemonade

½ Cup lemon juice
Fresh squeezed from 3 lemons or try Santa Cruz Organic Lemon Juice. You might also try this with limes or grapefruit.
3 Tbsp Organic Goji Berries
½ tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tbsp Tocotrienols (Rice Bran Soluables)
6 Tbsp Clear raw Agave Nectar or Raw White Gold Canadian Honey
A small piece of Vanilla bean or extract
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp Aloe Gel Juice (Optional) Very Cleansing.

Add all ingredients to a Vita-Mix or other high-powered blender then fill the blender to the 6 cup mark with pure water. Blend on high until smooth, pour into a container, and chill.

The combination of the Citrus juice, Salt and Agave creates great hydration properties, and adding Gojis, Coconut and Tocos rounds out the nutrient spectrum creating a very satisfying beverage. This is an excellent fasting and weight loss beverage Enjoy!

Morning Tonic

1 tsp Shilajit
1 tsp MSM
1 tsp Amla Powder
1 tsp Real Raw Agave Nectar or raw honey
1 Pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt
16 oz Pure water or young coconut water

Mix and spin with stir stick or blender or even a shaker jar

Maca –Kefir- Berry Surprise

Here's a great smoothie recipe that has a lot of benefits. I call it Maca -Kefir Berry Surprise

1 Tbls Golden flax seed, freshly ground
1 Cup Organic Kefir
1 Tbls Maca powder
1 oz Clear Agave Nectar
¼ Tsp Maple flavoring (I use Frontier all natural) or real maple syrup
3/8 tsp organic cinnamon (adjust for taste)
½ Cup frozen organic blueberries, and ½ Cup frozen organic raspberries.

Grind up flax seed then mix the next 5 ingredients till smooth. Add frozen fruit. Blend till smooth. You may need to stir down to mix thoroughly.

Cosmic Hempini Gravy

½ Cup water (I use just slightly less and add if necessary)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Barley Miso (Raw, organic and unpasteurized. South River Brand is best)
1/3 cup Hempseed
1 tsp. chopped Ginger
2 Tbsp sesame tahini (Raw, organic)
2 Tbsp. Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Raw Hemp Oil.

Blend until smooth. This is the most nutritious gravy ever! Great over greens or as a dip.

Spirulina – Chocolate Balls

¼ Hempseed
½ cup Raw, organic Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp. Spirulina Powder
1 Tbsp. Tocotrienols (Rice Bran Soluables)
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp. Raw organic White Gold Honey
1 Pinch of Himalayan Pink salt
1 tsp. Raw Vanilla Bean Powder
Thoroughly mix with love, roll into little balls and freeze for about 15 minutes or longer. Enjoy with a glass of cold hemp milk or almond milk.

Simmer Ancient Harvest Quinoa (Keen-Wa) Flakes with Pink salt according to box directions then add any of the following according to taste of your favorite Superfoods.

Incan Berries
Mesquite flour
Coconut Oil
Baltone Fiber
Chia seeds
Bee Pollen
Hemp seeds
Agave Nectar
Yacon Syrup
Himalayan Pink salt
Raw Butter (Organic Pastures)

I usually start my day with a warm satisfying bowl of this gluten/wheat free delight.
