Sunrise Brain Boost
This delicious recipe should be consumed shortly after arising to kick start the metabolism and give the brain and body the essential fuel to keep the blood sugar balanced for many hours.
In a high speed blender place:
2 cups raw milk, nut milk or Kefir or mix 1/2 H20 for thinner drink
1 Tablespoon coconut oil or coconut cream
2 Tablespoons Raw Quinoa Sprout Powder
1 Tablespoon Maca
1 Tablespoon Rice Bran Soluables
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or more
raw vanilla powder about 1/2 teaspoon
pinch of Himalayan Pink Crystalline Salt
Add Low or zero glycemic sweetener to taste (Vanilla Cream Stevia, Lo Han Go and or erythritol for Body Ecology Diet friendly recipe)
Optional
1 Tablespoon Cleansing Fiber
1 Tablespoon raw Mesquite pod meal
1 fresh, raw organic egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon of Amla or Camu powder
A few ice cubes if desired but don't make it so cold that it hurts your teeth.
Top with 1 heaping teaspoon full of fresh Bee Pollen. Topping off with bee pollen will make you want to chew the drink as you go which will give you better digestion and prevent drinking it down to quickly!
Superfood Morning Quinoa Flakes
Simmer Ancient Harvest Quinoa (Keen-Wa) Flakes with Pink salt according to box directions then add any of the following according to taste of your favorite Superfoods.

Maca
Cacao nibs
Rice Bran Soluables (Tocotrienols)
Raw pumpkin seeds
Incan Berries
Mesquite flour
Coconut Oil
Lucuma powder
Cleansing Fiber
Chia seeds
Bee Pollen
Hemp seeds
Agave Nectar
Yacon Syrup
Himalayan Pink salt
Raw Butter (Organic Pastures)
