How to qualify for a wholesale account with Green Dragon Enterprises LLC
1. Email your tax ID and/or tax resale license number to rob@greendragonsuperfoods.com.
California-based companies: Please provide your California tax resale Seller’s Permit number and original signature by an authorized company representative for our files. (We will provide a signature form).
2. Opening order for new accounts: Minimum is $300 wholesale.
Established accounts: Minimum order is $150 wholesale.
Accounts inactive for 6 or more months: Must reactivate with a minimum $300 wholesale order. Most shipments are FOB Novato, CA.
Any wholesale order or drop ship order that falls below the $150 minimum may be charged a “$5 below minimum order fee” or “$5 drop ship order fee.”
4. Terms: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or COD. Credit card statements show Green Dragon Enterprises LLC. All bills are due and payable at the time of purchase unless previous arrangements are made.
5. Shipping: Shipping Rates: $7 flat-rate shipping to the lower 48 United States. For orders outside the continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all other countries) please contact us for shipping and handling information. Every effort is made to ship your order the same day you order it! Orders called/emailed before 1 pm PST usually ship the same day by UPS Ground.

Adjustments & Returns: Please notify us of any shipping or invoicing errors within 5 days of receipt. No merchandise will be accepted for return/credit without prior authorization number and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credits will not be honored after 45 days of purchase.
Prices: Are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax, shipping or handling.
Warranty Information: All appliances carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.
